We need a mechanism or tool so that we or customers can build an offline repository based on a Fuse 7 BOM

    Description

      We currently offer no full offline repository to Fuse 7 customers. The one on the download portal is not complete and misses many transitive dependencies.
      A number of large customers from important vertical industries operate in a no-Internet build and execution environment and cannot simply pull Maven artefacts from the Internet in their build process. These customers require either a tool that allows them to build an offline repository or they need to be able to download an offline repository for Fuse 7.
