      registry.redhat.io requires authentication, so we need to figure out what that means for users of our ImageStreams & S2I templates. We should also check whether the fabric8-maven-plugin requires modifying to cope with this change.

      Changes required to the Fuse IDE are covered by FUSETOOLS-3069.
