Steps to Reproduce:

Use brew-pulp-docker01.web.prod.ext.phx2.redhat.com:8888/fuse7/fuse-console:1.1-1 and try to run with

oc new-app -n <namespace> -f fis-console-namespace-template.json

from https://github.com/jboss-fuse/application-templates/tree/application-templates-2.1.fuse-710016-redhat-00004.
