      Description

      It's just direct follow-up of ENTESB-9155.

      Summarizing the problem - when new version of Fuse didn't contain a feature that was installed in previous version, the patching procedure failed.

      The problem was because the feature (re)installation was performed in batch (due to performance reasons). However there was missing sanity check if the feature was actually installable.
