      1. Open Hawtio and do login
      2. Navigate to OSGi -> Bundles
      3. Filter the Jackson-annotations bundle
      4. Stop and then refresh the bundle
      5. Check the state of bundle
      6. Find another bundle, for example camel-cxf
      7. Stop and then refresh the bundle
      8. Check the state of bundle

      Current behaviour
      The Jackson-annotations bundle has still state resolved after refreshing. The camel-cxf bundle has state installed after refresh.

      Expected behaviour
      The state of the bundles is the same after refresh.
