Missing quickstart archetypes in repo for Fuse 7

Last successfull build for archetypes was 2.2.0.fuse-000058, but it has been removed from origin EA repo (as you can see http://origin-repository.jboss.org/nexus/content/groups/ea/io/fabric8/archetypes/archetypes-catalog/ - there is no 2.2.0-fuse-* artifact). It is blocking us from migrating FIS tests (which are testing the archetypes) for Fuse 7.
