Add ImageStreamTag triggers to StatefulSets in fabric8-maven-plugin

I've found out that some installations of Openshift 3.9.0 may ignore the lookupPolicy on ImageStreams (see this issue on origin and this one on minishift).

We should use the `image.openshift.io/triggers` annotation on Kubernetes resources (like statefulsets) created by f-m-p to overcome this limitation (as done in s2i templates).

This is required for the xa quickstart to work on all environments.
