HTTP 404 and 503 errors on cdi-camel-jetty scale down

Scaling cdi-camel-jetty down results in sporadic HTTP 503 and HTTP 404 responses from Jetty.

The problem can be reproduced with scaling from 3 to 2 , for clients connecting using either k8s service or an openshift router.
