[OSO] FIS karaf templates memory limit unnecessarily big (2 GiB)

As the default memory limit for OSO Pro is 2 GiB, it is not possible to deploy karaf quickstarts that use other dependencies (MySQL or AMQ for the quickstarts that use them) with default quota, as the karaf pod itself is set for 2 GiB limit.

1 and a half gig (or perhaps even less, but haven't tested it) seems to suffice for the karaf quickstarts, which would make room for the dependent pods.
