Several artifacts from indy are missing from mrrc, making a couple of features unable to install

      Description

      With GA version it is not possible to install these features:

      • camel-elasticsearch-rest - missing org.apache.httpcomponents/httpasyncclient-osgi/4.1.3.redhat-1
      • camel-hystrix - known issue ENTESB-8085
      • camel-jcifs - missing org.apache-extras.camel-extra:camel-jcifs:jar:2.21.0.fuse-000054-redhat-1
      • camel-olingo2 - missing org.apache.httpcomponents/httpasyncclient-osgi/4.1.3.redhat-1
      • camel-olingo4 - missing org.apache.httpcomponents/httpasyncclient-osgi/4.1.3.redhat-1
      • camel-rx - known issue ENTESB-8085
      • cxf-http-async - missing org.apache.httpcomponents/httpasyncclient-osgi/4.1.3.redhat-1
      • camel-spring-redis - known issue ENTESB-8068
      • connector - known issue ENTESB-8067

      Both missing artifacts are present in the indy repository:

      But they are missing from mrrc zip and (therefore) from mrrc/ga repository.

      Darren Coleman do you know why they are not included in the zip?
