More than one bundle is providing package javax.transaction

Both the system bundle and a Geronimo spec bundle are providing the package javax.transaction - this is not only unnecessary, it can also cause problems like Blueprint bundles going GracePeriod because they're importing the wrong variant of the package (cfr. https://community.jboss.org/message/830832#830832)
