Fuse Console support for OpenShift authentication and authorisation

    Description

      Currently OpenShift authentication doesn't seem to be integrated with the Fuse Console.

      This leads for example all MBean invocations from hawtio-online become forbidden as the role assigned to the OpenShift user isn't mapped to roles on OpenShift.
