Add activemq-camel back to Fuse 7 Karaf kit

      Description

      In Fuse 6.3 we have a activemq-camel component for connecting to ActiveMQ 5.x which doesn't exist anymore in Artemis. We should port the activemq-camel component we shipped in 6.3 over to fuse-components and update to the latest Camel version in Fuse 7. This should also be marked as deprecated - it will just be used as a legacy connector in case customers need to connect to their existing ActiveMQ 5.x brokers.
