Fuse 7 should provide features command

Karaf 4 seems to provide a "feature" command in the shell (i.e. feature:install foobar), but does not include the "features" command. We should provide an alias features->feature for Fuse 7, doesn't seem like a good reason to change the command name in Fuse.
