fabric:profile-export does not work in Windows OS

      Copy the profiles in the fabric from the absolute file path

      1) Create a fabric on windows 7
      2) Create a profile and add some features to it
      3) use "fabric:export-profile export.zip" command to export all the profiles from the fabric.
      4) A zip will be available on the Fuse installation directory but it will be empty

    Description

      The command "fabric:export-profile" creates an empty zip file in Windows platform.

      It used to work in Fuse 6.2.1 but doesn't work in Fuse 6.3
