[fabric] require-profile-set doesn't handle multi versions of profiles

    Description

      1. To set requirements (require-profile-set command) on a profile xxx, the default version must be the version of the profile, unless we have the message "Profile xxx is not valid".

      2. After the modification of the default version and the creation of the profile xxx , when we try to create a second profile yyy who is on another version, we have the error message on the first profile "Profile xxx is not valid".
