hawtio v2 console shows nothing on Karaf / Fuse 7

      Description

      Trying to release hawtio 2.0 M2 I first tested the current 2.0-SNAPSHOT on Karaf 4.1.1 and a Fuse 7 kit. It installs successfully but access to http://localhost:8181/hawtio/ doesn't show anything. It just shows black bar on the top and white screen but nothing else (it doesn't even display the vertical navigation menu).

      Need to figure out what's going wrong before releasing M2.
