      Description

      The work for ENTESB-4736 resulted in the implementation of fuse-credential-store OSGI bundle. To implement this functionality into Fuse on Karaf we need to bundle the fuse-credential-store into the Fuse on Karaf distribution.
      The fuse-credential-store needs to start as early as possible, or at least before any user provided bundles that would need the access to clear text secrets stored in Java System properties.
