Error when resolving maven artifacts from fabric-upload repository

      • Start fresh version of jboss-fuse-karaf-6.3.0.redhat-187
      • Create fabric 
        fabric:create --wait-for-provisioning
      • Build the attached project and create profile sample-fuse-630 
        mvn clean package fabric8:deploy
      • Delete the artifact from local maven repository(.m2/repository) and let fuse to find it from fabric-upload repository
      • Create child container and apply profile 
        container-create-child --profile sample-fuse-630 root sample
      • provisioning status fails. 
        shell:watch container-list

    Description

      When applying profile to a child container, provisioning status fails with error when reshttps://issues.jboss.org/browse/ENTESB-6447#olving artifact which is already available in fabric-upload repository. This repository configured in default profile with pid io.fabric8.maven/io.fabric8.maven.defaultRepositories but fuse fails to resolve it.
