Hawtio upgrade for RH-SSO integration

RH-SSO integration with Fuse requires hotwio to contain several PRs which has been submitted in the community.

Having those merged would allow us to cover Admin usecase - allowing SSO between Fuse management UIs and UIs of other middleware products.

Additionally it has been identified howtio integration in community version embedds specific keycloak.js library version. This is not ideal as we would prefer to have this provided via our adapter. Fix to this issue to be identified separately between both teams. UPDATE: PR to hawtio master for this is sent and it's merged. So another 2 hawtio commits:
