Unable to patch fabric root container, when registered as system service on windows

    • Steps to Reproduce:
      Hide

      1. install fuse, fabric:create
      2. configure {fuse}/bin/contrib/karaf-service-win.xml and install it using karaf-service-win.exe
      3. add and install patch to the root container
      4. the root container status is an error message

      Description

      When I register fabric root container as system service, it can't be patched. Log is attached. The root cause seems to be io.fabric8.patch.management.PatchException: C:\b\jboss-fuse-6.3.0.redhat-171\bin\contrib\karaf-service-win.exe (The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process)
