patch:add allows to add incorrect file

      Description

      I accidentally used command patch:add file:/path/to/some/file/file.txt, and there was java.lang.NullPointerException. This wasn't a problem, but it causes that every time i run command patch:list, it causes also NullPointerException. Container restart doesn't help.

      This behavior was observed with JBoss Fuse 6.3.0.redhat-133.
