      Description

      There used to be several profiles for camel quickstarts - like camel cbr, log...
      In recent builds (#129) most of them is gone and remains camel-linkedin, camel-odata and camel-salesforce.

      Assign camel-odata profile to root container fails with missing package import

      (osgi.wiring.package=org.apache.camel.component.olingo2)

      It is convenient to have some profiles with camel routes for
      1) first exploration of hawtio - user can just assign profile and explore Camel tab and route visualisation
      2) "template" on how to create custom profile for camel app
