Remove fabric-groovy from fabric feature

      Description

      The new Patching mechanism breaks if fabric-groovy is part of fabric-core feature and/or default profile. And precisely - patching breaks, because the process is started by old fabric-configadmin and old fabric-agent and continue till new versions of these bundles jump in.
      Property value that requires groovy placeholder resolver is not understandable by old fabric-configamin.

      The dependency needs to be removed and all the recent fixes based on that need to be removed.
