[ENTESB-4664] Braintree module.xml dependency problem

With ER1 on EAP 6.4.7 there are dependency issues for package com.braintreegateway because of package exclusion from braintree module
"modules/system/layers/fuse/org/apache/camel/component/braintree/main/module.xml"

Workaround - exclude removal
<exclude path="com/braintreegateway**" />
