Move and cancel button have the same behaviour when no destination queue is selected

When no destination queue is selected (when there is only one queue - so there is no option for moving, or even when there are more queues but one does not choose one), the Move and the Cancel button have the same behaviour. When clicking Move without selecting destination there should be some warning or the Move button should not be clickable. See attached video.
