hawtio camel inconsistent with karaf camel:context-list

      Description

      Tested in JBoss Fuse 6.3 build 45

      # install SY camel quickstart
      		 
      JBossFuse:karaf@root> features:install switchyard-quickstart-camel-rss-binding
      		 
      # list camel contexts 
      JBossFuse:karaf@root> camel:context-list
      		 
       # empty

      But http://localhost:8181/hawtio/ => Camel shows camel-1 context
