Security Enhancements To Address Vulnerabilities

To address security related compliance issues, requesting party would like to add the following functionality to the Fuse management console:

1. Limit the maximum number of concurrent sessions to the console
2. Automatic disabling of administrator accounts after 45 days of inactivity
3. Automatic locking of a management console session after 20 minutes of inactivity
4. After locking a web console session due to inactivity, a redirect occurs in order to hide any information that may have been visible
5. Automatic locking of an account after 3 failed authentication attempts
6. Render a banner at the front end of the web apps, after authentication but prior to accessing the system
