Vanishing items at various menus

There are vanishing items at the 3 spots showed on the attached screen cast.

1. menu with main tabs that appears only when the window is shrunk
2. menu with ActiveMQ tabs that appears only when the window is shrunk
3. select box for selecting topics when creating a new durable subscriber at ActiveMQ
