[patching] Patching admin:created container causes that all previously installed features are removed

      1. Start JBoss Fuse (I used version 025)
      2. features:install admin, admin:create test, admin:start test, admin:connect test
      3. in test CLI: features:addurl mvn:io.fabric8.patch/patch-features/1.2.0.redhat-630026/xml/features
      3. in test CLI: features:install patch (install also some other features - e.g. jpa, wrapper)
      4. in root CLI: patch:add file:/fuse-6.3.0.redhat-026
      5. in root CLI: patch:install fuse-6.3.0.redhat-026
      6. in test CLI: patch:install fuse-6.3.0.redhat-026
      7. the wrapper and jpa features are gone

    Description

      I started an admin:created container, added features jpa and wrapper. After applying the patch to this container, the previously installed features were uninstalled.
      In my scenarion, I used Fuse 6.3.0. v025 and v026 as patch.
