Fuse on EAP Quickstarts fail to build on Fuse 6.3

This problem relates to a changed made for:

https://issues.jboss.org/browse/ENTESB-4794

Unfortunately, it's not enough to simply exclude the itests directory from the quickstart directory, the project pom.xml needs modifying to remove the reference to this module.
