[Win+Karaf-service] Can't run .exe on win server 2012r2

      Description

      When I try to run it the windows asks If I want to run it because it is from unverified source.. I hit yes and then it says: "This app cant run on your PC, To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher"

      However, when I download the latest winsw.exe from github (WinSW-1.17-beta.2) and rename the karaf-service-win.xml to winsw.xml then it works correctly
