patch:add allows to add empty folder

      2. patch:add file:/home/
      3. patch:add file:${correct_patch_location}
      3. patch:list and patch:install are broken now

      Description

      I accidentally added empty folder using patch:add command. It seems, that after this mistake, I am no longer able to use patch:list command and also patch:install auto complete is broken now. There is java.lang.NullPointerException thrown every time I try to use these commands and I can't get rid of this, even after restart.
