"viewer" has some rights unexpected in hawtio

I am trying to use the RBAC in hawtio, added the "viewer" user which is the viewer role in etc/user.properties.
While I observed viewer can not:

• I cannot do bundle modification
• I cannot execute some camel operations

while can do:

• I can install/uninstall features
• I can stop camel routes
• I can edit cfg files from the osgi/configuration tab

In my understanding, "viewer" should not do these operations as above.
