Camel on EAP bundles Spring version other than Karaf

      Description

      Camel on EAP bundles Spring version 4.1.6.RELEASE. But the Karaf distribution uses 3.2.12.RELEASE.

      This is a side affect of the Spring dependencies being pulled in transitively from Camel with the default Spring version being picked up.

      We should correct this so that the Spring version is aligned with that used by the Karaf distribution.
