Optional imports in bundles cause feature bundles not be installed

While looking into ENTESB-462, I noticed that some of the bundles for camel-hadoop and camel-hbase were not getting installed. Commons Configuration seems to require Commons VFS2 (not listed in the feature) which in turn has a non-optional import of Jackrabbit's WebDAV library. We would need all of those (with the appropriate fixes for https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SMX4-1270 from new bundles to be released later this week at Apache to get those two features to resolve/install properly.
