Steps to Reproduce:

Unzip the attached project camel-jetty-config-ncsa.zip

In blueprint.xml of this project, provide a filename which maps to local path

Build the project using `mvn clean install` command.

Deploy it with below command in JBoss Fuse 6.1.0

osgi:install -s mvn:test/camel-jetty-config/1.0.0-SNAPSHOT

NCSA logs are created for default jetty port.
But when an endpoint is deployed to a custom port than NCSA logs are not created.
This issue is fixed in JBoss Fuse 6.2.1. This issue seems to be fixed with upstream JIRA https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CXF-5863.
