Please add a flag to toggle users between offline and online modes

    Description

      There are a lot off issues with running Fuse in an offline environment, many of which are configuration related changes.

      To facilitate users in this environment, we'd like to consider adding some sort of boolean flag that uses the correct configuration settings out of the box depending on this field. In offline mode, we would take care of removing all the external repos etc. Online mode, we leave it as is.

      Online should be the default.
