support for camel-sap in Fabric mode

camel-sap features are available in Standalone but no longer in Fabric mode.

Standalone

JBossFuse:karaf@root> features:listurl | grep sap

  true    mvn:org.fusesource/camel-sap/6.2.1.redhat-084/xml/features

Fabric

JBossFuse:karaf@root> features:listurl | grep -i sap

And no specific fabric profile mentioning "sap" exists other than a quickstart:

org.jboss.quickstarts.fuse-camel-sap                      feature-camel 

If the lack of feature url is a minimal issue, considering that Fabric rejects directs installation of features, the lack of a user friendly sap profile is a real one.

TODO:

• add reference to sap features url in either default profile or camel profile
• put together a "sap" profile
• verify behavior of org.jboss.quickstarts.fuse-camel-sap
