SY: Property expansion for soap binding

The customer wants to have a way to have full control over the soap:address in their soap binding webservice, preferably through property expansion in a packaged wsdl as described here: https://docs.jboss.org/author/display/JBWS/Published+WSDL+customization
This feature already exists for normal CXF webservice, but does not work for soap bindings to a Switchyard service which is causing their soap:address to not be what they want.
