Exclude itests directory from Camel quickstarts distribution

      Description

      Camel quickstarts directory on EAP contains itests directory. It would be better to not include it in the final distribution.

      Also correct this typo https://github.com/wildfly-extras/wildfly-camel/blame/master/examples/README.md#L18 to mvn clean -Pdeploy
