- JBoss fuse 6.2 GA with patch management from build 078
- windows server 2012 R2

For some reason folder $FUSE_HOME/etc was marked as "read only".
I don't know how/why it was set as read only, but it's the reason of patch:install failure.
Point is - why is patch 73 marked as installed?
