Tested on windows sersver 2012 r2,
it seems to be working on RHEL7
1. unzip & fuse 6.2 GA
2. unzip patch management build 078 to $FUSE_HOME
3. add user to users.properties
4. patch to 6.2.1 build 073
5. add user to users.properties
6. hot deploy bundle (copy to deploy folder)
7. patch to 6.2.1 build 078
