Steps to Reproduce:

1. bin/start, bin/client build 075
2. fabric:create
3. container-create-child root child1
4. patch:add file:<path-to-076>
5. version-create
6. patch:fabric-install --upload --username admin --password admin --version 1.1 jboss-fuse-full-6.2.1.redhat-076
7. container-upgrade 1.1 root
8. restart
9. container-upgrade 1.1 child1
10. container-rollback 1.0 child1
11. container-stop child1
12. container-start child1
13. you have to wait for a while to notice status change
14. full restart required
15. you can repeat from 11.
