Steps to Reproduce:

Hide

1. bin/start, bin/client
2. fabric:create
3. copy unzip 073 patch-management to fuse home
4. profile-edit --repository mvn:io.fabric8.patch/patch-features/1.2.0.redhat-621073/xml/features default 1.0
5. profile-edit --feature patch --feature patch-core default 1.0
6. patch:add file:[path-to-073-full-build]
7. version-create
8. patch:fabric-install --upload --username admin --password admin --version 1.1 jboss-fuse-full-6.2.1.redhat-073
9. container-upgrade 1.1 root
10. container-create-ssh --host [host] --user [user] --password [pass] node1
11. container-create-child root child1
12. watch container-list

both containers will hang on "installing" status.

In offline environment after migration 6.2.0 to 6.2.1 build 073 container-create-ssh and container-create-child is hanging on "installing"
