      Command patch:fabric-synchronize has wrong description when using --help option

      JBossFuse:karaf@root> patch:fabric-synchronize --help
      		 
      DESCRIPTION
      		 
              patch:fabric-install
      		 
       
      		 
      	Synchronize information about patches to cluster's git server
      		 
       
      		 
      SYNTAX
      		 
              patch:fabric-install [options]
      		 
       
      		 
      OPTIONS
      		 
              --help
      		 
                      Display this help message

      Also it would be nice to have some output after executing this command that everything was synchronized without a problem or at least it is already finished. But it is probably not so important.
