Description
When trying to install PATCH-3, we have a problem using:
./client -u smx -p smx patch:install PATCH-3
Essentially the patch begins to install but then hangs. Further discussions seem to indicate a problem with with the ssh client restarting.
Test Case Steps:
wildflower:bin sjavurek$ ./client -u smx -p smx patch:list
[name] [installed] [description]
PATCH-3 false null
wildflower:bin sjavurek$ ./client -u smx -p smx patch:install PATCH-3
The second command just hangs. ESB never shuts down and I can see in the log that it appears to be shutting down:

From here the install process just hangs and servicemix is unreachable:
wildflower:bin sjavurek$ ./client -u smx -p smx Failed to get the session.
I've also attached the log.
Workaround Ideas
Would be to open the session and install the patch, however, that is manual and in automated fashion not feasible. Fabric is another alternative but for this issue we need an automated, non fabric solution.
