Main menu - bad readability of items when highlighted on Red Hat theme

      Description

      There are 4 UI themes
      Default
      Dark
      3270
      Red Hat

      The first three of them are ok.
      Red Hat theme higlights menu items inconsistently.
      RH Access menu is ok but the main menu highlights items with blue background. Grey labels are poorly readable then.
