Enhance deployment of Camel quickstart to EAP

README files in Camel quickstarts suggest to run mvn clean wildfly:run what downloads the server to target/jboss-eap-6.4/ and deploys the quickstart to that. It would be better to deploy the quickstart to the server in the distribution. It can be done in a similar way as for SwitchYard quickstarts - by typing of mvn install -Pdeploy.
