Description
The wss4j feature, which is a feature dependency of cxf, has been updated in the version we use for 7.1.0.
The updated version brings in new dependencies, such as xerces and xmlparsers. When fabric gets created those 2 dependencies get removed, but the blueprint has issues with that removal, resulting in having bundles that use blueprint in failed state.
To reproduce the issue, a simple fabric:create from the esb distros in enough.
